Interface
In computing, an interface is the connection point between two systems that allows them to communicate with each other. For example, a user interface is what you see in an app (buttons, menus, screens) and it lets you interact with it. There are also interfaces between programs, which allow different software systems to understand and work with each other—like an API. In short, an interface is like a bridge that makes interaction possible between people and systems, or between systems themselves.

IoT
IoT (Internet of Things) is the idea of connecting physical objects to the internet so they can send and receive data. For example, a smartwatch, a thermostat, or a connected fridge can collect information, communicate with other devices, or be controlled from an app. The goal is to make our lives more convenient, automate tasks, and make smarter decisions thanks to the data these devices share.
