What actually changes
You keep invoicing the same way: issue, collect, and account for it as always. What changes is the program behind it, which from the date has to generate and keep a record of every invoice.
Spanish e-invoicing compliance
What the Spanish invoicing rules are, who they apply to, and the two dates that matter: 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for autonomos. Plus how to get your Spanish invoicing ready once, at a fixed price, with your team trained.
What it is
VeriFactu is how the Spanish tax authority wants invoices to be issued: from software that leaves a reliable record of every one of them. Most of the obligation does not sit on you but on the program you use. Your job is to make sure that program is ready in time.
Who it applies to, and when
No alarm, no small print. This is what there is.

Companies and self-employed professionals issuing invoices in Spain. If your Spanish entity invoices here, the obligation is its own, whatever the wider group uses in other countries.
There are two dates, set by RD-ley 15/2025: 1 January 2027 for companies subject to Impuesto sobre Sociedades, and 1 July 2027 for autonomos and other professionals. There is no paperwork to file before your date, only a change to have made by it. And making it in spring costs far less attention than making it at the last minute.
The honest triage
We say this before we talk about prices, because it is the part that decides whether you should work with us at all.
There is inexpensive invoicing software that covers the requirement, and that is enough. If that is your situation we will say so, and we will not sell you anything else.
Changing program twice costs more than doing it properly once. If you are going to touch invoicing anyway, this is the moment to connect it to your quotes, your customers, and your accounting.
See the Odoo packagesThe calendar
We know the rhythm of the Spanish market: almost nobody looks at this until two months are left, and then everybody wants help in the same week. Doing it now means you pick the date, your team learns the system without pressure, and your deadline arrives without you having thought about it once.
Prices
The invoicing package covers the requirement and leaves a system the business can grow into. Maintenance is optional and keeps it compliant when the rules change.

See Odoo and its configuratorHow we deliver
The same route every time: we understand how you invoice today, decide what the system has to cover, configure it with your chart of accounts, launch it with your team, and adjust it against real use.
We map the current workflow, bottlenecks, people, systems, and commercial pressure points.
We identify the most useful next move instead of trying to solve everything at once.
We shape the workflow, content, integrations, data, and responsibilities around that move.
We deliver in focused increments so the work stays visible, testable, and grounded.
We refine based on real use, adoption, and the next bottleneck that becomes worth solving.
FAQ
It is the invoicing record system required of the software used to issue invoices in Spain. Every invoice leaves a record chained to the previous one, and the software maker declares that the program complies.
It depends on who is invoicing: 1 January 2027 if your company is subject to Impuesto sobre Sociedades, and 1 July 2027 if you are an autonomo or another professional. The sensible plan is to have the change done well before your date, so you do not depend on anybody's calendar in the weeks before it.
No. There are inexpensive tools that cover the requirement, and if that is all you need we will tell you. Odoo makes sense when you also want invoicing connected to quotes, customers, and accounting.
The Odoo Invoicing package is normally running in two to three weeks from the moment we have your data and your certificate. Training your team is included.
That is what maintenance is for: 290 EUR per month covering updates, system health checks, and custody of your compliance. It is optional and can be activated later.
If that entity issues invoices under Spanish rules, yes. We look at how it invoices today and tell you what actually has to change.
