The questions people ask before deciding.
How long does it take?
Invoicing is usually live in two to three weeks from the moment we have your data and your certificate. The complete system depends on the modules, and the timeline goes in writing with the quote.
Can I keep invoicing while we switch?
Yes. We prepare Odoo alongside your current system and the switch happens in a cutover planned with you, without you ever stopping invoicing.
Are the Odoo licences included?
No: they are paid directly to Odoo, from EUR 11.90 per user per month. We advise you on the plan that suits your team before you subscribe to anything.
Do I need the maintenance?
It is not mandatory. With the training and the 30 days of aftercare you can run it yourself. Maintenance is for those who prefer having someone who knows their system one call away, with the pool of hours and VeriFactu compliance watched.
What happens with the data in my current system?
We bring it over. With our templates, up to the volume included in your package; and if it has to be extracted from your old system, we do the extraction and it is quoted per source.
