FAQ

The questions people ask before deciding.

What if we barely use AI?

The inventory almost always finds more than anyone expected: translators, transcribers, email assistants, and tools with AI built in. And the rules themselves expect the people using AI to know how to use it, so the training is not an extra: it is part of what you need to be able to show.

Is this legal advice?

No, and we say so clearly. It is technical and organisational implementation: we put into practice what the rules ask for, with inventory, training, transparency, and documentation. Legal interpretation belongs to your adviser, and our pack saves them half the work.

How long does it take?

Not long: a workshop with your team, the writing of the pack, and the training. It is delivered within a few weeks, and the pace mostly depends on your calendar.

What happens when the rules change?

With Compliance Care, that is on us: the register kept current, regulation watch, and a full annual review. Without it, the pack is still yours, and you can switch Compliance Care on later.

Who on my team gets trained?
